One thing of interest (some have probably seen the flyer floating around the dept)... Anthropologist Georgina Born will be giving a talk at the British Museum on the 12th of November. She will be in conversation with a reviewer of her book 'Uncertain Vision: Birt, Dyke and the Reinvention of the BBC'. Might be of interest for people doing institutional ethnography etc.
